Financial Controller

As a Financial Controller at NOMOBO, you will play a key role in overseeing the financial operations, ensuring the accuracy and integrity of financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting. This will include managing the financial aspects of our projects as well as the general financial health of the company.
You will work closely with senior leadership, project managers, and cross-functional teams to ensure that financial processes are streamlined and that the NOMOBO’s financial objectives are met. Your expertise will be crucial in providing valuable financial insights and ensuring the continued success of both individual projects and the overall business.
Oversee financial operations, including accounting, cash flow management, financial reporting, and compliance.
Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and reports for internal and external stakeholders.
Work with project managers to ensure budgets, forecasts, and financial performance align with project goals.
Conduct variance analysis, profitability tracking, and financial forecasting to identify trends and provide recommendations.
Support the preparation of year-end audits and liaise with external auditors.
Maintain and improve financial systems and processes, ensuring they are efficient and effective.
Ensure compliance with accounting standards, tax regulations, and internal financial controls.
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in financial controlling, accounting, or a similar role.
Strong knowledge of financial management practices, budgeting, and forecasting.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, and financial software (Exact or similar systems).
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.
Detail-oriented, proactive, and capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skill.
Experience working in an international environment, specifically with U.S. based teams and clients.
Experience in managing project finance, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial tracking for multiple projects.

Salary: €50,000 – €55,000 per year, depending on qualifications and experience.
