As a Production Intern at NOMOBO, you actively contribute to the smooth operation of our project management team: in the office, preparing our live shows and pre-recordings. No coffee runs or copy work here — you'll have the opportunity to fully participate as part of our project management team, collaborating with core members from Creative, Engineering, IT, Post Production (Editing), Digital, and Account Management.

Are you located in or near Amsterdam, passionate about Digital Events, and excited to support our company through the Production team? Then this is the ideal internship for you!

Responsibilities

• Provide production support for large-scale virtual productions, from pre-production through delivery

• Maintain project schedules, overviews, workbooks, and documents

• Offer hands-on support for the full crew during live shows

• Assist in coordinating logistics such as transportation, equipment, catering, and crew accommodations

• Support in quality checks and reviews of produced content before final delivery

• Troubleshoot and solve minor technical or organizational issues during productions

About you

• You are in the middle or end phase of your studies at HBO/University level.

• Available at least 24 hours per week

• Based in or near Amsterdam

• Excellent communication skills in English, both spoken and written (Dutch is a plus, but not required)

• Valid driver’s license (Category B)

• Proactive, energetic, and solution-oriented mindset

• Strong multitasking abilities and a hands-on mentality

• Familiar with livestreams and digital/social platforms
